Each 3D-printed duck has its own QR code on the bottom, plus a Jeep tag on a rubber band.

Flip the duck over and scan the code on the bottom (or on its tag) with your phone camera.

First to scan names it
The very first person to scan a duck gets to name it. That name is forever.

Everyone after follows it
Found a duck that already has a name? Scan it to see where it's been, add your stop, and pass it on.
Then it keeps going. Tags can get lost, but the QR code on the bottom stays with the duck, so every new finder can add to its journey.
